I learned about it from Pat, the holistic guru! :)
What does "holistic" mean to you?
Caring for the body as a whole and realizing that we are all a part of the whole earth and need to care for it as we do ourselves. Everything is connected.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
Since I decided to home birth my second child. I guess part of me was already living holistically but I didn't have the word for it. I breastfed and co-slept with my 1st child until 18 months and wore her in a sling or carrier, although I didn't know the term "attachment parenting". I was also concerned with green living and recycled or reused everything possible. But when I decided to home birth #2 I started learn more about holistic living and go further down that path.
a little about me
I'm a mother of 4 (3 girls ages 12, 10, 6 and a 4 year old boy). We home school and are active in music and theatre among other things. Juggling our many activities is always busy but rewarding.
