~ Food Has Power ~
We've been learning about detox pathways in the forum lately- teaching ourselves how to heal our IgG allergies (intolerances) "leaky guts" through nutritional support.
Solution: Eat organic whole foods. ( No one said it would be cheap, fast or easy. )
Solution: increase stomach acidity through increasing consumption of zinc and/or fermented foods (sauerkraut, kefir, kombucha, pickles, etc). Be careful with kombucha- it can have a detox effect which can be very bad if you have mercury fillings or are pregnant/nursing.
So, we're presently working on how to get rid of the toxins produced by the foods not being broken down properly, as well as the other environmental toxins which (we believe) caused the problems in the first place. I think that about brings us up to speed, yes?
We only post product which we ourselves would be delighted to purchase for our family. Our opinions are subject to change with you sharing more information, or identifying a preferable resource. We're learning along with everyone here. If someone knows of a higher quality source of whole food, info or service, please let us know!
Additionally, on the Heal Thyself forum, support about your health issues is free for members. We are passionate about healing with whole foods.
