Holistic means pertaining to the whole body...body, mind, and soul. It means everything is interconnectd. We can't heal by just decompartmentalizing the body. Each part of the body affects the other part. The body works as a unit.

I always recognized the importance of food as medicine since early twenties. I started studying more and more and got my degree in integrative holistic studies.
