Can anyone tell me what you use to make non-dairy kefir? I'm on the candida diet and I do eat dairy kefir and organic plain yogurt. I like to get raw milk for these two things but I can't always get to SC to get it. I'm feel like getting off dairy would help with the candida.

Also wondering about the coconut water kefir. How is this made exactly? Is it just coconut water + water kefir grains? Does any sugar need to be added? Can one use the bottled coconut water (Zico, e.g.) to make this? Is it something that can sustain WKG, or do you just need to use "extra" grains for this type of culture and always keep some in sugar water?
