Food Has Power
I have been on a ten year journey with cultured foods. They came to me when I was sick, depressed, and desperately needing answers to what was going on inside my body. What I have discovered is that we are trillions of cells of bacteria, and those bacteria's are communicating with every organ, cell and fluid that you and I are made up of. They take our food and make vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and hormones. They communicate with one another as to which bacteria is going to be dominating, therefore governing our health in every way.
So this is where fermented foods come in. Make cultured foods teaming with good bacteria's. Make them a part of your life. They will become your friends and enrich your life, and you will discover what you are truly made of. Walk in the footsteps of those down through the ages who credit these living cultures with their long lives. You are what you eat, so doesn't it make sense that to eat foods full of enzymes and good bacteria’s that live forever, will make you do the same or at the very least live a long time. They changed my life and made me well and they will do the same for you. Donna
