I need your help!! My 3 yo has had molluscum for about 2 years now, 5 or 6 growths that I was treating with different remedies (tee tree oil, thuja, vinegar apple cider). I've been also giving her probiotics, fish oil and vitamins. Recently I tried applying urine (I read about it on one of the internet forums) and it seemed to help. A couple of the growths started to disapear! but new ones showed up on her arms and legs - tons of them!
They are still tiny but I need to get rid them now before they grow. What else can I do???
I would appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.

From a quick browse of the internet, Mayo Clinic site, wiki, ncbi, and a few message boards, it sounds like you've covered your bases.

I'd support the immune system, including natural antimicrobials in the diet: http://www.mothering.com/discussions/showpost.php?p=12680219&po...
Caution: not all are appropriate for pregnant or nursing mothers, or children!!

And topical antivirals such as coconut oil, lavender essential oil, essential oil of Australian lemon myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) dissolved in olive oil, Manuka honey, etc. Here are some more possibilities for consideration. This thread is related to MRSA, but there are studies which address viral issues also. http://www.mothering.com/discussions/showpost.php?p=14849141&po...

And whole food probiotics, such as kefir.

thank you, Pat! Now armed with some new weapon against molluscum I can continue the battle...
I had a daughter with this. She also shared a bedroom and bathroom with 2 sisters, and we were worried about them getting it. We applied an herbal remedy (sorry, can't remember what, but any type of anti-viral would do). We made sure the kids used clean towels every time. We also sprayed the sheets every day with Lysol, and washed them frequently. Maybe you can come up with a less harsh spray. No wearing the same pants more than once between washings. It took a few months, but it really worked, the other kids didn't get it, and it never came back.
Covering the lesions will help prevent them from spreading to others. Supporting the immune system is the best thing you can do. Her body will get rid of it eventually. A dermatologist could do some cryotherapy to a few of the lesions to help initiate an immune response. My dad prescribes beta carotene supplements in particular to kids with molluscum
