~ Food Has Power ~
A couple weeks ago I started having stomach aches. They usually come on mid-morning, although I have them other times. I suspect wheat, although it's not consistent. I had pizza a couple nights ago and felt fine. It seems like any bread for breakfast is a problem.
Can a wheat sensitivity come on this quick?

You should read more about wheat or gluten intolerance and rotation diets. For me it is cumulative. If I stay away from dairy and gluten, I can have it once a week with no problems. So if I am gluten free and dairy free I might be able to have say toast for breakfast once in a while. As long as I don't have both gluten and dairy together (they both cause me problems) and as long as I don't have a whole lot, and I go back to gluten free after that one time.
I have run into problems before where I have just a little gluten or dairy and don't have any trouble so I tell myself "OK everything is OK, I can go back to eating dairy (or gluten) again". Then I have it for the next meal and end up with some severe reflux and "other" digestive issues. LOL.
Not that you react the same, but just my experience.
