My doc has me weaning off of the Beta Blocker that is causing me to gain so much weight.
I told him take me off or I will take myself off.
I am still on 3 meds for blood presusure control.
Along with those 3 meds I am taking:
Aged Garlic
Vitamin C 2000mg daily
Magnesium aspertate 250mg twice daily
Coenzyme 200mg twice a day'

I am 43 years old. I grew up on a farm and we used all kind of pesticides. Looking back on it, we also ate very unhealthy. An average breakfast consisted of homemade biscuits with syrup, grits, candied figs, well you get the picture.
