How much water kefir to drink?

I apologize ahead of time if my question sounds "dumb". I just can't seem to find an answer anywhere.   How much water kefir can one drink in one setting? I know with milk kefir if I take too much it'll give me the runs.  Should I limit water kefir the same as I do milk Kefir? I'm mainly asking  because I have kids and they will want to drink the entire quart of water kefir because it is so sweet.  What is a "safe" amount to give to children to avoid GI distress? Also, do I need to put the…See More

Juicing confusion

Hi all,I am considering juice fasting to jump start weight loss.  I'm looking into juicing for about 60 days. The plan is to only drink fresh veggie juice daily with no solid foods. Has anyone juice fast before?I'm hoping to get some clarification about juicing.  I'm researching juicing and have run into contradictory answers.  Some of what I read online says that it is safe to juice daily some are saying that it is not safe to juice daily because the juice is too powerful.  Each idea seems to…See More
