How did you learn about the "Heal Thyself" site?
friend
What does "holistic" mean to you?
A natural approach to keep the entire body in a state of health and happiness.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
Its been a growing movement for several years, but has really exploded in the last few. (It seemed that once we broke out of the mold in one area (our decision to homeschool), it continued to perviate every aspect of our lives. Living holistically and naturally has become our lifestyle and we love it!
a little about me
We are a homeschooling family of 6. We believe in incorporating as many all natural, wholesome products into our lives as possible. I'm a firm believer in the effectiveness of chinese medicine and acupuncture; I believe its value stems from its ability to direct our internal energies and influence both our mental and physical health. I enjoy learning new things and I love that I'm able to pass these things on to my children!
