From the Eczema Tribe posts at MDC. Same ID name there, I like to keep things simple :)
What does "holistic" mean to you?
Ideally it means looking at the person as mind, body, emotions and spirit and addressing health concerns from that perspective. Practically, for me, it is a focus on "alternative" medicine and looking at the body as a complex whole, not a bunch of unrelated parts as often done in allopathic medicine.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
I've been exposed most of my life and seriously interested, studying and partaking for the past 4-5 years.
a little about me
I'm a mom of two boys and I have digestive issues with obvious food sensitivities/allergies, eczema on my hands, fatigue and other health issues which, in hindsight were present but not very noticeable until after the stressful birth of my second son.
Hi Rachel, sorry but no I didn't receive a notice for you post. I will be able to send grains by the end of the week. My paypal is firstname.lastname@example.org, or if you have water kefir grain, I'd trade you.
