friends on Facebook
What does "holistic" mean to you?
Not letting any area of my life go untouched by the gifts the earth has given us.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
A little over a decade. I started changing my diet and studying herbalism around age 20.
a little about me
I am a mother of three and herbalista in the foothills of SE Tennessee/Ga. I am dedicated to the study of plants and their healing power. We are a nature-based, better-late-than-early homeschooling family. We garden, raise goats, chickens, and most recently sheep. I am obsessed w/wool fiber and it's endless possibilities and health properties.
Professional or business affiliations?
I am a practicing herbalist focusing on the health of the young family (women of childbearing age and children) as well as diet counseling with a traditional/paleo emphasis. I specialize in healing from food intolerances/allergies. I do consulatations in person or long distance as well as teach classes locally and online. I can be found on Facebook as The Family Herbal or my blog, thefamilyherbal.blogspot.com.

Hi there Rachel, I just wanted to pop over to your page and welcome you to the group Wildcrafting.  It is a very new group and we are so excited to learn from each other.  When you have a minute if you could tell us a little about yourself in the Introductions thread that would be wonderful.  Jump in when you can!
