These 2 men are on TV promoting supplements such as CoQ10 by saying that the levels decline as you age and that you would have to eat so many pounds of food to get the amount in just 2 little capsules.  Well, maybe we don't need the amount in those 2 little capsules.  Maybe we just need to eat the food and get all our nutrients in the package God intended.  Is there anything that we need to supplement that we can't get in food? See More
