1 tsp of fermented CLO is obviously not enough. Perhaps you should be doing more? Have you had your vitamin A and K levels checked? (A, D, and K1 are standard in osteoporosis lab panels so you shouldn't get too much of a fuss from your MD).
If you're in summertime right now, get out in the sun! Be sun smart and sunbathe without sunscreen only in the early morning and late afternoon. USe sunscreen only to prevent burns (but know that sunscreens block vitamin D creation).
Otherwise, your next best bet is derived D (D3 is better than D2).
