I have audited the long list of foods which have documented benefits at retarding cancer growth. The MOST frequently listed are the following. ADD these to your diet.
Grapes, both red and white, including wine
Broccoli
Olives and olive oil
Tea, especially Green Tea
Mushrooms (many varieties with benefits)
Kale
Soybeans, especially fermented soy
and "vegetables, fruits and especially berries" are listed repeatedly.
