~ Food Has Power ~
I am going to take a break from Facebook until next year. I just turned 49 years old and I realize, "Where you place your energy is what grows".
I have created a life I love AND I want to spend more time nourishing myself and my family, enjoying time with my family, doing work I love and being present in my life, offline.
I love doing the work of Heal Thyself and want to create space to write several 'Beginner's Guide to Heal Thyself' ebooks, in order to be more efficient and to make the information portable to reach more people. In addition, I will be available on the Heal Thyself website, for members.
On November 1st, I'm going to (temporarily) close the Heal Thyself Facebook wall to posts (in order to prevent business solicitation spam). I will be checking in on Sundays, as necessary. However, I won't be on the Facebook Q&A group or posting to the Heal Thyself Facebook page until 2012.

Each year, I select a Theme for myself for the year and the Theme for 2011 is PLAY. So, I'm going to do more of THAT! And watch a comedy every day to LAUGH more. ;-) How about you? What do you LOVE and want to do MORE?

Well, almost out of necessity, right now I want to do more YOGA! I've recently started a new job out of the home which has really changed things up a bit, and I'm loving it and really attending to connecting with my son when I am home. BUT, I've stopped, ftmp, practicing my yoga. My yoga is for me possibly the number one thing I do for self care, to bring me back in balance which allows me to feel more grounded, connected and present. I'm inspired--I think I'll go do it now while everyone here is asleep and I still have time before work!! (So, perhaps not my theme for the year, but something I adore doing which really feeds my soul!)
