IgG healing foods in the framework for cooling inflammation and healing gut?

Pat:You said before (I can't figure out how to find the post), something about avoiding IGe allergy food test items. Of course. But, what about IgG? Obviously, once you have a leaky gut you can have a ton of foods that you could potentially test IgG sensitive ("allergic") to. You could also be "allergic" to a ton of foods that weren't even on the test, so you could still continue eating foods that are causing you inflammation. Would you recommend eating foods that I tested IgG reaction to but…See More

How did you learn about the "Heal Thyself" site?
Mothering.com/discuss WuWei
What does "holistic" mean to you?
Whole-istic. My personal interpretation is that it intelligently combines every aspect of natural world, science, ancient wisdom and intuition. Intelligence is "should we?" Intellect is "can we?" Intellect drives technology and innovation. Intelligence is the mother-nurturer balance which curbs intellect. Science should be a combination of the two. Holistic medicine would be the ideal, combining all, intelligently.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
over 15 years. My mother did many things naturally when we were children. I have carried it forward and continue to learn. I am learning from IntegralLife.com to help me emotionally and psychologically tie it all together--transcend and include.
a little about me
I am a homemaker with a husband and two children aged 6 and 4. I am currently packing up our house in Michigan in order to sell and move to Minnesota for hubby's job transfer.
Professional or business affiliations?
