IgG healing foods in the framework for cooling inflammation and healing gut?

You said before (I can't figure out how to find the post), something about avoiding IGe allergy food test items. Of course. But, what about IgG? Obviously, once you have a leaky gut you can have a ton of foods that you could potentially test IgG sensitive ("allergic") to. You could also be "allergic" to a ton of foods that weren't even on the test, so you could still continue eating foods that are causing you inflammation. Would you recommend eating foods that I tested IgG reaction to but are healing foods? For example, I tested IgG reaction to garlic and blueberry and brewer's yeast. I can steer clear of brewer's yeast, but it seems almost ludicrous to steer clear of garlic and blueberry!! However, I have a very smart friend :-) (has a master's degree in genetics and is now a SAHM with three boys and has used her research skills to learn all about allergies, health, nourishing foods ala Weston Price, etc. although her bent on it comes from trying to eliminate foods that cause her family inflammation, to try to repopulate their guts, etc. Her first son was brought back from the brink of autism or asperger's or something. Now, she said that the leaky gut would not heal if we don't eliminate the inflammation. I have no severe symptoms and am learning to control the ones I have. I am following as much as I can the Primal Blueprint. So, the question here is: Can we heal the gut even if we don't eliminate the IgG foods? If we eat "healing" foods like garlic and blueberries (esp. garlic!) even though we are allergic to them? Can the gut heal even if you have inflammation? Or, is my friend right and we should do everything possible to eliminate at the very least the foods we do know we are allergic to so that we cool the inflammation down as much as possible toward zero so that the gut will heal?
