How did you learn about the "Heal Thyself" site?
Facebook
What does "holistic" mean to you?
That you treat your whole body. It is not about buying organic. It is that the body and mind are connected and therefore healing needs to address both.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
About 10-15 years.
a little about me
I am an aromatherapist and also blog about health.
Professional or business affiliations?
http://www.naturallysports.com
My husband who is a traditional Naturopath and I run Naturally Sports & Wellness together. We also offer sport nutrition and bicycle coaching. We consult with everyone even though we are also educated in sport nutrition. Everyone is an athlete, even if you only are a weekend warrior. Exercise is often overlooked in many healing programs.

We are currently on a mission to educate the teenage athletes into understanding how important real food is for optimal performance and health. Next speech is scheduled for a high school football team. We hope to minimize the temptations to start using steroids by educating them on how they can stay healthy and injury free by changing their diet instead..

I am also a distributor of Young Living Essential Oils and Nature's Sunshine

used in tiny amounts on stings, wounds or a small burn.

I highly recommend that you do your research when you use essential oils,…

aromatherapy treatment may reduce stress and ease discomfort felt

during pregnancy. Essential oils can provide a positive and relaxing

feeling for the expecting mother.…

Alternatives to Sugar and High Fructose Corn Syrup

Almost everything you buy in the store today has some kind of sweetener in it. It is almost impossible to purchase something that is not sweetened

with high fructose corn syrup. Trying to raise a healthy child can be

challenging when it is hard to find real food.

Even though the organic products are…
