Hi Patsy, good to meet you. I'd recommend you start adding kefir to your diet. If you would like to get kefir grains, just add me as a friend and we can work it out. Kefir is so good for your gut and a healthy gut is important to a good immune system. Also, I'd recommend you start making bone broth. On here there is quite some info on how to go about to make your own bone broth and what it adds to your life by taking it (packed with minerals). Another thing I'd recommend is to start juicing if you aren't doing so. Juicing fruit and veggies daily (1/3 fruit + 2/3 veggies) is so good for you, because the vitamins and minerals go directly into your cells. Your body doesn't need to digest it anymore because it is already liquified. On top of that it is great if you add spirulina to your juice. It is a superfood that has many healing qualities. I hope this helps! Bless you on your journey to good health.
I second this advice. The receptors in your cells are overwhelmed by "supplements" and then can't received the nutrients from whole food products because the receptors sites are "full" of the manufactured stuff. Go the whole food route and be patient.
