~ Food Has Power ~
After having my 4th baby at 40, I slacked on dental hygeine and haven't been to a dentist in over 9yrs. I had a tooth break while I was pregnant and I stopped chewing on that side of my mouth. I did quick brushes, due to the fact the baby nursed constantly at first and I felt like a brand new mom all over again. I lost a ton of weight(size 12 to size 0) andthe bone structure on that side of my body seems small. It was difficult to get the brush to the back of my mouth. Now I have thick tartar on the back teeth. A large chunk broke off the other night. I think my tooth has worn away and the gum was sore at first and seems ok now. The bones in my face ache slightly.
I don't know if I can heal my bones or teeth. Now I imagine I need to treat/prevent periodontal disease.
i imagine raw milk may help, i read about a russian lady from Chernobyl who uses it to heal her seriously damaged teeth and bones from prolonged radiation poisoning she was exposed to after their local nuclear plant malfunctioned and leached into the surrounding country side.
