My favorite source of magnesium (and many other nutrients, vitamins and minerals) is nettle infusions. http://heal-thyself.ning.com/profiles/blogs/nettles-leaf-herbal-inf...

Also, bone broths from pastured meat. Epsom salt baths provide magnesium and sulfate, which help with detoxification. Natural Calm or magnesium citrate or magnesium glycinate are the most bio-available supplement forms.

How do I go about getting the right amount of magnesium? Do I need to get tested? Can I figure this on my own with out doctors?
