Took magnesium, calcium, and tried to eat a lot of potassium. Even drank a tablespoon of molasses, which is...both tasty and nasty.
Also rehydrated myself. Given that 60 oz felt like a chore, I must be dehydrated too. The 64-74 oz a day being the basic recommendation, then if I do the formula my midwifes gave me it works out to 100 oz a day. UGH!
I wonder why it is so easy NOT to drink fluids? I am not even really drinking anything else, except coffee once a day.
Anyway. Thanks. This was my first stop, before googling.
magnesium, Epsom salt baths would be my goto. Potassium (OJ, tomato juice) can help too, ime.
