Son gets cold

Hi!  I wondered if anyone might have some advice for my 7 YO son.  He tends to get cold (normally toward the evening).  Not only does he just complain of this, but his teeth chatter.   He's normally fine all day long.  He is on the small scale for his age, but nothing alarming.  Any thoughts??

Have you had any thyroid tests done?  Hoshimoto disease or other thyroid issues could explain the symptoms.  Does he complain that his hands and feet get cold?  A great resource for information is www.youralternativedr.com

Thyroid issues will give a consistent low temperature (at certain times of day, & fairly consistent number).

Adrenal issues give erratic low temperatures.

I would look up 'cold body syndrome' for more info.

Also I would look up 'symptoms thyroid vs. adrenal' as I've found a very clear understanding through this.

Cold body can also be related to fear - if there is something or someone happening in the evening that creates fear in his body.
