seasonal pollin allergies

Hey pat i could not find a post about seasonal pollin allergies, this time of year in new york when all the grass is growing, and trees, and flowers are blooming my sister's allergies kill her, she sneezes all day long has headaches and sinus pain, she goes to the caribean this time of year to get away and its fine down there and the day she comes back it comes back, it goes away in june, any ideas, food wise, natural herbs to help, thanks

Nettles are wonderful for nutrients and have an anti-histamine effect.  Bio-Allers for allergies works great too.

I wanted to second both of Pat's recommendation and add the neti pot.   I have known many people who have eliminated seasonal allergies with the neti pot alone.   Nettles and Bio-Allers are great too.
