~ Food Has Power ~
Sorry it is probably right here under my nose, but I cannot find it ... I am wanting to do both tests, but am not sure exactly how ...
I tried 1/4 tsp of epsom salts in water this morning and it was awful, am I putting too much. I read to put 1 tsp in water for constipation ... seriously, how would one manage to drink that? I dont want to use it as a laxative, but feel it is a good way to suplement magnesium on the days we dont have a Epsom Salt bath, had one last night, might that have affected how it tasted this morning?
Also is it possible to hide the Epsom salts in something for my kids? Cant imagine how to get them to take it as it has such a strong taste...

I stumbled upon the test when reading further ... but now I have some more questions, I tried the magnesium test, the water didnt taste bitter, but just horrible. I took one mouthfull and battled to swallow, the second was even worse, this was with 1/8 tsp to 8oz water ... does that mean I am not deficient in Magnesium?
Guess the baths a couple of times a week are helping. My son had the same reaction said it was yucky when I gave him 'water' to drink.
