~ Food Has Power ~
I am looking for other ideas or things to try I may have missed for bedwetting. This is for my 10 yo son. He still has to wear a diaper at bedtime because he pees in his sleep every night. Sometimes he is dry but the majority of the time he is wet. He does not wake to go in the midlle of the night at all. He is a sound sleeper. I have been working with a great homeopath but my husband wants totry other things before continuing with our homeopath. We have read it is genetic and my hubby did havethe same issue. I did try an elimination diet three years ago and found he was sensitive to wheat, dairy, citrus and soy. We eat a whole foods diet with no gluten except for a rare occasion, never dairy, little soy and not really any citrus. He loves and eats a ton of fruit some veggies and the other parts of our meals are brown rice, potatoes or quinoa. Sometimes we have beans. We do not eat meat. I would love any other ideas to try to get him to dry!

Magnesium deficiency is linked to night-time enuresis. I'd start by supplementing orally with magnesium citrate or do therapeutic (2-3c.) epsom salt baths 2-3 times per week.
