I love this video!  I've been a wannabe natural foods person for some time but could never find easy directions.

Now I feel like someone took my hand and will lead me.  Thank you so much.

I tell everyone about your sites.        Eleanor

I enjoyed the video.  I'm quite new to all of this, so will do some further searching for additional information, and that will probably be your other videos!  Thank you Julie!

I am very interested in getting some of the water kefir grains. I do not know anyone that has some. I use to drink Kombucha and have several  large scobys.  I would like to trade someone a scoby for some grains. Do you know anyone that would be interested?

Also, are the kefir grains the same yeast as the Kombucha scoby? I was told not to drink the kombucha anymore because the wild yeast can be taking out some of the good probiotics that I am trying to reinstate in my gut, as I was just diagnosed with candidiasis and leaky gut.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful information you are sharing!

Robbie, the microbials in kombucha and water kefir differ. The water kefir is beneficial for candida and leaky gut, imo.   Check on the Sharing Cultures forum to ask for kefir grains. Or, Julie from Cultures for Health has quality kefir grains for about $20.

Hi Pat, thank you for yr response, it was confirmation for me.  ;)

Do you sell water kefir grains? How do ppl recieve the grains? I'm wondering if they are dehyrated or in liquid.

So glad to be here with others that are in the same boat.
