Right now I am seeing a chiropractor. It's the greatest health decision I have made for my family. My 1 year old has had 2 ear infections and was cured without antibiotics. Use of antibiotics in the first year of life increases risk of getting asthma by 50%. When we have a fever, we don't believe in taking a fever reducer. The fever is there for a reason - it is killing off a virus. To reduce the fever would be to leave yourself defenseless against the virus.
wheat gives me headaches. I drink tons of water and avoid foods that bother me and try to sleep it off. I know this isn't a remedy per se, but it works for me.
I don't suffer with headaches. My daughter gets them though. If I were you I would consider food allergies. Have you tried to take any certain allergy foods out of your diet like, wheat, eggs, corn, milk? Or have you ever been tested for food allergies?
no we don't have headaches (thank god). in terms of natural remedies i read a book called 100 most healthiest foods in the world by johnny Bowden. My MIL sufferes from migranes on a weekly basis for over 10 years. since we started implementing his suggested herbs and supplements she rarely has them anymore.
i do not usually have problems with headaches anymore. i used to when i was younger, ate a lot of junk food, and was stressed out a great deal. now when i get a headache it usually responds well to massage, drinking water and eating some protein. chiropractic, cranial sacral therapy, or acupunture/acupressure may be some things to look into...
Yes, I get migraines. I've started taking Natural Calm for the magnesium and I'll see if it helps with this next period since that's when they are the worst. For milder headaches that aren't yet migraines peppermint oil helps. After reading Summersfield's comment I am also going to start giving myself Reiki for them to see if that helps as well.
I do not have a problem with headaches. I am a Reiki Master. Have you tried Reiki? I don't know where you live but if you find your local crystal shop, or herb shop, there is a good chance you will find a Reiki Master.
Let me know how I can help.
No problem with headaches. Magnesium can be effective for headaches. I find a neti pot to be super helpful in relieving headaches. The only other thing I have done for them is to rub lavender oil on the back of my neck or temples.
I haven't had any problem with headaches, but I did have a terrible time with them early in my pregnancy because of the hormones plus pollen. My midwife said they were related to progesterone.
i definitely have headaches everyday, though they seem a little better now that i'm taking more sodium ascorbate. i never had any real complaints besides the headaches before i delivered my daughter and both of our allergies started.
