How long have you been interested in holistic living?
a little about me
i have mthfr 677 and many neuro snps. having hard time taking folate and sulfur after an 8 week food workshop with a psychic healer who my geneticist recommended. the psychic knows nothing about mthfr and i am very susceptible to suggestion. so when she said a little sugar a day was ok, i launched into allowing myself sweet frozen yogurt which i should not have. that eating moved me back to gf vodka cocktails. now i am not drinking or eating sugar but i think i now have leaky git again...very frustrated.
