I am practically evangelical with regard to eating "living enzymes" but I have a question that has perplexed me for quite some time that has gone answered for me.How long do the enzymes we eat remain beneficial before our body breaks them down? Perhaps I'm missing something or am too interested in the minutiae but if that's the case I'd still like to know so i can let it rest :)See More
