How did you learn about the "Heal Thyself" site?
The blog Affairs of Living posted a link to the website, I follow them on Facebook.
What does "holistic" mean to you?
Holistic is an approach to medicine that does not just treat the symptoms, but the whole body. The physical, mental, emotional.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
Quite a few years now. I've been reading about and doing meditation, yoga, a good diet, and healing with herbs since I was an early teenager.
a little about me
I am 22 and in love with all things connected to nature, the spiritual, and emotional. I'm a very emotional person myself and I intend to use my life to help others. My own health is currently not too well off, but it is improving with small changes I've made, and hopefully bigger ones in the near future.
Professional or business affiliations?
None

LOL, so far the only thing I've managed to NOT kill is the rosemary!  My basil does well, but its an annual, so I have to replant every year. we had tomatoes, cukes, (which were fried before the end of the summer) onions, green beans (oh those were so good, but we only got a small crop) and bell peppers. I want to add zuccini, my husband will eat the summer squash, definitely garlic (I think my dad has some all over his yard I can get) and my dad loves hot peppers too.

Hi there Pagan, glad to have you join us on the Growing Your Own Food group!  I hope we can learn from each other's experiences and make it a wonderful group.  I love the purple on your page and I am trying to see what is on your shirt in the picture, is that the Green Man?
