Looking at our health in a WHOLESOME way, using means OTHER THAN 'mainstream medicine' ... Alternative, natural means, etc ...
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
Since I was in my 30's ....
a little about me
I've had Hypothyroidism ... on Nature-Throid but tests last time came back with TSH low, and Free T4 and T3 .... low .... So I feel I may now have Adrenal Fatigue ...
I have been a 'night owl' nearly all of my life. The only times I went to bed by 11 or 10 pm was when I had a job, children to get up, or an appt ... other than that I seem to LOVE the evenings ... into early mornings ... I have TRIED to get UP EARLY but that doesn't seem to help. I am now 'retired' and have 'no reason' to be up EARLY ... so I've continued to stay up late. I usually get to bed by 1:30 - 3 or 4 and then sleep ... usually EIGHT hours ... sometimes more. It's not the same time every night, it varies. I have a question about this in regards to the Adrenals .... IF you have a DNA (don't know if I do) of being an 'owl' ... then would going to bed at these hours be affecting my adrenals? Or am I okay as long as I"m getting 8+ hours sleep? Thanks so much !!
