Chronic Sneezing/Itchy nose/Runny Nose- help!

Hi there, I'd love to know if anyone has dealt with this situation and had some relief.for the past 3+ years I've had, increasingly, more and more allergy issues.  I have days in which I sneeze 30+ times, have so much trouble breathing through my nose, my nose is raw and in pain from blowing it, it runs, it's itchy, I have to sleep with those breathe right strips (only way I can actually sleep and even then still difficult).  It's so frustrating.I've been gluten free for over 3 years.  Im…See More

How did you learn about the "Heal Thyself" site?
Linked from different people on Facebook.
What does "holistic" mean to you?
As a holistic health counselor, to me, it means approaching health from multiple perspectives and understanding that everything in the body is linked; you can't look at one part of the body with out considering the rest.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
Years now-- I have been reading books about holistic living and health for about 10 years. 2 years ago I made a career change and became a holistic health counselor & educator in NYC.
a little about me
I love all things natural and traditional. I find making my own tea blends and tonics empowering and exciting! I love learning new ways to prepare foods and absolutely adore cooking. This is a far cry from eating out almost 100% a few years ago. I live in Brooklyn with my fiance, Gideon, who has gotten very into traditional and real food as I have. He is the primary fermented foods maker in our home:)
I've basically gotten to the point where I have cut out all processed and packaged foods, eat at home 99% of the time (unlike most New Yorkers!), eat a lot of bone broth and properly prepare my legumes, grains, etc.
Despite all of this, I am still struggling with health woes and do not feel good much of the time. I am able to help my clients achieve their health goals every day, but I do not feel well. I am hoping this site gives me some insight into new things to try.
Professional or business affiliations?
I run my own holistic nutrition practice with a heavy focus on real and traditional foods, empowering people to listen to their intuition when it comes to food and cravings, educating on preconception nutrition and achieving optimal weight and energy. My site: www.deenabarselah.com
