Causes of undersized/low growth in child
My 9 year old son is almost smaller than my 7 year old. He was a bout average as a baby, a small average the first year or so, then dropped below the chart to a consistant -5% on growth charts. Overall, he is in great health, rarely sick, recovers quickly when is. I am thinking of getting his thyroid tested, is there anything else I should look into? He is very uncomfortable looking so small and if there is anything I can do to help I would like to. Thanks, Apryl
