Raw ACV ....... frozen

Hi all....I am just wondering what the verdict is here.  I just bought a 5 gallon bucket of raw acv and as we unloaded the truck i realized that just about 2/3 of the bucket was frozen.  I am kinda bummed because i was using it for the microorganism component.  My question is, will it be affected?  Is my mother still alive?  any advice is appreciated, thank you in advance.CJSee More

I have read that one should never eat kale raw due to phytates that don't break down.I have read also that many people add it to smoothies etc (I have as well) to get the green... So which is it and why?If kale should be cooked, then I would blanch and freeze, which might be easier for me anyway...See More
