I found a 10-pack of 'Bubble Wrap cushioned mailer' yellow envelopes for mailing CD/DVDs (7.25x7.25) with self sealing adhesive at Office Max. They only cost $27 for 30 envelopes!

I have sent fresh (not dehydrated grains) with a bit of liquid kefir, double baggied, with one page of instructions. The weight was under 4 ounces. So, it cost about $5 to mail out first class from my mailbox, with all the supplies.

I wanted an easy system to send them out from home.

I do not have extra grains brewing at the moment. Usually, I have a ton. I just have my stack of envelopes next to the computer and as someone requests grains, I address the envelope and send them along.

Thanks for sharing your extra kefir grains too!

Can only ship in the US. If you'd like milk kefir grains or SCOBY, post to the forum or check at Cultures for Health.

Hi Pat,

I wasn't sure where to post this, and here looked to be as good a spot as any. I live on the coast of NC and I am looking for milk kefir, water kefir and kombucha starters. I think you have $2 and $3 dollars listed for shipping the kombucha scoby and kefir grains. Would you be able to ship me all of these in the same package? If so, please let me know a total and how to pay. The weather has cooled here recently, but I don't know what kind of weather you have for shipping.

Thank you! I'm pretty excited to get started!

Kelly
Hi Pat,

I am Pay Pal-ing you the $3 today. I did not know how to send you the money previously.
I previously posted my address; do you still have it?
Thanks,
Kamila Harkavy
Hi Pat, I got your mail and just sent you $3 through paypal.

Pat I would like some of your kefir start.  I will go to paypal and send you the money.   How do I send you my mailing address?  Thank you, Jackie

Hi Pat, Thank you for sharing so much wonderful information! There is so much, a lot even!! to learn and you make it much easier. I recently tried the Kefir drink & Kombuch tea from Whole Foods before trying to make my own, and it was better than expected. Wanted to check if you were still shipping starters? I'm in the east and its pretty cool now as I'm sure you know :)  Also sending an email request. If not available now maybe in the future? Thank you again and hope you're having a lovely holiday season! Dena

I have had so much fun reading all the wonderful information you and others have provided! I am a "Mother on a mission" doing my best to heal my family the RIGHT way!  But all of this is very new to me. I have purchased a Kefir starter, and with no success I have made two failed batches of Coconut Kefir water :( I have made a successful batch of cultured veggies, which no one will eat but me! LOL

If you have any left I would love to try the Kefir grains! The grape kefir water sounds so yummy, and I might even get my girls and hubby to drink it! AND of course I would happily pay you!

Infinite Love and Gratitude!

Wendy

Hi! I'd love to buy some water kefir grains from you! I just joined this site and am trying to figure out the ropes. How do I go about buying them? I want to start right away..my whole household is going to benefit! Thank you, Diane Tanitmonaco
Hello Pat, Im wondering if you are sending any time soon water kefir grains, or is someone in this group who would share water kefir grains in or near NH, thank you :)

Send me a PM with your mailing address and I'll send some out the first week in February.
