~ Food Has Power ~
Dinner last night was 1 org golden beet root, 1 org apple, and 2 org celery sticks. That's it... this morning I had 1 banana, 1 beet green leaf, a few org strawberries, lethicin, whey & greens powder, a splash of aloe vera juice, coconut milk and coconut oil. I am so loving this lifestyle lately.
Me and my kiddos are in. They think the chocolate one with banana and fruit sounds yummy.
I am going to try the April 1st 14 day Green Smoothie Challenge.
My husband and I have been doing a green smoothie each day for a couple of weeks. We are in for this challenge!
Ok I'm going to give this a go. Wish me luck!
Green luck! ;-)
I'd like to find some ways to make green smoothies easier, and taste better. My kids are super picky, and I can't get more than a tiny amount of greens into them. I have a swallowing problem so I need things that are really smooth. I am also organizationally challenged (ADD) and often end up throwing away a ton of greens before using them. My 2 year old as well as my 9 year old hate the sound of the blender. I like the idea of freezing them -- can they be eaten in their frozen state?
I'm in! I just said yesterday that I wanted to try to have the kids and I drink a green smoothie everyday. What a great way to get started. Thanks!
I will hAPPILY join you for the 14-day bgreen breakfast challenge!:-)
