I have it too. The only issue with it would be prolonged exposure to freezing temperatures and you can't get yourself warmed up the issue would be frostbite - if you find yourself experiencing frost bite, put your fingers/toes into LUKEWARM water, and then gradually warm the water as your extremities warm up. I find that having a warm beverage, or a glass of wine/pint of beer seems to open up the circulation at night. I haven't yet experimented yet with any herbs that help with vasodilation, but I bet some bone broth with some master tonic would do the trick. Be sure to wear nice thick/warm gloves and woolie socks in weather appropriate foot ware and put the gloves/mittens on before you get outside!
Some people do better with cooked veggies, listen to your body. Especially during winter months, we need more warm foods.
