Are you getting adequate fats? Are you drinking nettle infusions? Nettles can help you get back on track, if you aren't. Adding fats to your diet such as butter, coconut oil, nuts, nut butters, egg yolks, olive oil can help to increase calorie intake. Also, consider nutrient imbalances? Nettles infusions can help to regulate hormonal balance by replacing missing vitamins and minerals.
