I am still trying to find my way around here and thought it might be a good idea to start with an introduction and see where that leads.

I got to the natural living lifestyle gradually and have since made many changes.
Health wise, I'm not doing so very well.
I've had a near constant vaginal infection for many months, I've got a plantar wart that just won't go away. For the past two months I've been having severe headaches and I also have a eusophagus issue - which I've had for almost forever. I've been to many different doctors with all of these issues, to no avail. So here's hoping I will find relief here.
i've also had a severe ongoing depression for about two years now, which has its ups and downs.
I did battle cervical dysplasia successfully so far (went from HSIl to CIN 1).
Diet-wise, we try to eat mainly paleo, we incorporate a great variety of herbs. All of our beef and lamb is grass fed and the fish and seafood we eat is wild. All local food we eat is also wild food and we get some from the garden too. Aside from the small selection of local food there's no way to get organic food.
We already consume bone broth on a regular basis and also nettle infusion. I started making my first sauerkraut two days ago.
