~ Food Has Power ~
Hi everyone,
I've had a positive result for candida overgrowth and am really at a loss as to which protocol to follow. I went to a weekend immersion seminar with Dr. Furhman, who told me that it was impossible for me to have candida unless I had cancer or AIDS. So that just confused me further, do I stick with his "diet" and eat all the fruit I want or do I look to something different, like the Body Ecology Diet, which says to eat fermented foods, or do I follow the "candida" diet that says no fruit, no fermented foods, etc. I guess it's all so contradictory that I'm absolutely at a loss right now as to which way to turn.
Can anyone help me decipher!?
ps. my symptoms are:
fatigue
foggy head
fuzzy thinking
dizziness
stomach issues
sinus issues
sugar cravings
