~ Food Has Power ~
Almost 2 years ago I self-dx a prolapse bladder. I've not had insurance since 2/2009 so going to the doc is a hit and miss. In 10/2010 I had emergency abdominal surgery for a blocked bowel and a couple extra sutures for the finishing healing of diverticulitis (not bad enough for surgery) (oh, by the way, I was poor enough that most of my bills and all of the hospital bill was forgiven). I've had off and on abdominal pains that I don't really pay much attention to. Was told it would take at least a year for the abdominal healing and could take longer in different parts. Well anyway, with the prolapse bladder when it weighs down it really puts pressure on my colon and the pain begins again. I am looking for something herbal to cure/heal/reverse the prolapse. I found something called Formula Thirty-One, a Dr. Shook combination that is suppose to treat prolapses. FYI: I got a job with benefits and will going to the Doctor this week for an official dx on things. What does anyone know about the Formula Thirty-One? I'm not so prone on surgery as it's not such a sure thing and isn't really advocated for. Or is there something else out there that has a good track record? We have a master herbalist that lives fairly close that after my doctor's appt I'm going to talk with.
Thanks for any help you can give me. I'm sure that my prolapse and reflux is causing all my tummy pains.

I would go to Aligned and Well and use her Down There DVD to help learn how to reverse the problem that is causing the prolapse. You could also go onto Youtube.com and find some free snippets. Either under aligned and well or Katy bowman.
