Magnesium is the #1 suggestion. Magnesium citrate orally (Natural Calm brand is bio-available). Epsom salt baths (2 cups in a tub for 30 minutes at any attack and daily).

Bone broths and nettles are huge for improving detoxification, nutrients and anti-inflammatory. Nettles are anti-histamines. Green smoothies help too. Flax seed for the essential fatty acids. Black seed (oil) nigella sativa helps asthma specifically.
Beans and legumes have molybdenum for detox. Selenium helps too (it is in nettles).
Large dose of vit C or a small pinch of baking soda in water both help acutely.
Whole food probiotics are HUGE!
