I trust the body to return to homeostasis when supported with real food nutrients and natural microbials, including natural anti-microbials. I believe in supporting the body to balance itself, rather than "attack" the healing process (ie. symptoms).

We include many of these foods, herbs and probiotics daily. Additionally, we consume homemade probiotics and avoid synthetic and pharmaceutical anti-microbials.
But, we are very healthy with a whole foods diet and nutrient-dense nourishment, so I would not embrace a "parasite wormer" for our family. I'd focus on rebalancing gut microbials and strengthening our immune system through nutrient-density and avoiding environmental toxins.
