"Hi Kortner... I live in Woodland (north of Vancouver), but drive into Vancouver all the time, and often into Portland or Hillsboro (will be in Hillsboro on Saturday). I would really like a new batch of water kefir grains! Like Peggy's, mine…"
Whole health living.. taking care of ALL of your body... your physical, emotional, spiritual body, keeping it all in balance and harmony. Living as simply and pure as possible, eating foods fresh grown from the earth, both cultivated in the garden and foraged from the wild. Natural healing methods (as much as possible, although I do believe that modern medicine does have it's place, and that it can also contribute to the body's wholeness. Sometimes I do feel it is necessary.).

a little about me
Mom of two teens. Living on 10 acre tree farm. 7th generation vegetarian. Not living as holistically as I ideally would like or envision for myself, but learning and working toward that. Eating more and more raw foods, dark leafy greens, learning more and more about gardening and wild foraging. Hopefully one day I'll be able to eat this way all the time.
