Hello everyone! My water kefir grains are multiplying at an amazing rate and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on what else to do with them besides sharing them with others. I have posted notices at my local health food stores but didn't want to grains to go to waste. Can you eat them or add them to recipes? If so, how much would you use? Thanks for any suggestions!
