I have been putting some raisins and lemon or dates and lemon in our water kefir..and nobody in my family is really able to love it...
is there some natural way we can enhance the flavor so we will love it...?
any ideas would be great.... ? thanks..april
We make ours plain, then strain it and add some grape juice too it. Organic is best as you don't want to hurt the bacteria. I usually let it sit out for 24 hrs after adding the juice with a tight cover. It gets a bit fizzy. Our kids love it this way! You could also google "water kefir soda" lots of good recipes out there.
