~ Food Has Power ~
I'm curious, what does anyone use to sweeten their coffee? (Or has everyone learned to drink it black?) Clearly artificial sweeteners are out, and I'm not a fan of using sugar either. I haven't tried using raw honey for beverages other than tea, and I've read some controversy about agave nectar. That leaves what? Stevia? I do use it, but honestly, I'm still on the fence about it. It's still a processed food. Is there a sweetener that I've left out that would be the best choice, or should I start training myself to drink it black (or wean off completely)?
What about in baking, what does anyone use for cakes, cookies, pies, etc.?
