~ Food Has Power ~
I joined just a week or so ago, apparently just in the nick of time (I'm hoping) as of late I've developed some bizarre stomach issues. I believe it is acid related on some level, along with stress.
The symptoms are slight pain in differing areas of my stomach / intestines. Local areas of pain & burning that change position throughout the day. Symptoms don't last long 10-30 minutes.
I am not a vegetarian but have been in the past for several years and balance my diet properly with basic local vegetables & meat (all organic / grain fed / free range / yadda yadda).
I do consume extraordinary amounts of coffee for the first part of my day along with 3 0r 6 micro-brews at night (please don't judge).
I have experienced immense stress due to holidays, work, impending fatherhood, relationships over the last 3 months or so (stress has been building).
I know what good poop looks like for the most part and mine is of normal nature (no blood or black).
I'm looking for dietary help that can both diagnose and correct the issue.
What do you think?
I'm dreading the word "Ulcer" ...
